The Opportunity

This isn't just another development role. You'll work directly with our founders to build cutting-edge AI products.

The Role

Core Technical Work:

Create AI agents and automation systems for our products and client work
Build React/Next.js frontends for complex AI applications
Develop Python backends with FastAPI for AI workflows
Deploy and scale applications on AWS
Work with LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and LLMOps

The pace: Monday you're shipping a demo, Tuesday handling production support, Wednesday researching new agent frameworks, Thursday coding a POC, Friday presenting to the team.

What We Need

Technical Requirements:

2+ years software development experience
Strong React/Next.js skills with TypeScript
Python backend experience (FastAPI preferred)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems)
Located in Nepal with reliable internet
Excellent English communication

Personal Qualities:

Extreme ownership to get shit done
High agency to figure things out independently when stuck
Genuine AI curiosity and excitement about building, not just using AI tools
Mission alignment with a deep desire to elevate Nepal's reputation in global tech
