The Opportunity

We're shipping GrowthOS and alkemy to alpha users. We need someone who can build beautiful, functional interfaces that users love AND handle the backend infrastructure to make it work. Fast.

The Role

Core Technical Work:

• 60% frontend, 40% backend: Create clean, beautiful, functional interfaces that users love, and handle the backend infrastructure and AI workflows to make it work
• Create AI agents and automation systems for our products and client work (LangGraph, Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
• Build React/Next.js frontends for complex AI applications (shadcn/ui with Tailwind CSS)
• Develop Python backends with FastAPI for AI workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Neo4j, AWS, LangSmith, etc.)
• Deploy and scale applications on AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, etc.)
• Work with LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and LLMOps

The pace: In one word: fast. Monday you're shipping a demo, Tuesday handling production support, Wednesday researching new agent frameworks, Thursday coding a POC, Friday presenting to the team.

What We Need

Technical Requirements:

• Design taste - you know what makes Vercel, Linear, and great products beautiful
• 1+ years software development experience
• Strong React/Next.js skills with TypeScript
• Python backend experience (FastAPI preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems)
• Located in Nepal with reliable internet
• Excellent English communication

What We Offer

Compensation: 40,000 to 120,000 NPR/month, depending on experience and impact
